I am planning an event in Amsterdam in January and I am curious to know more about the catering for drinks. The event will span to a maximum of 5 hours and the maximum amount of people is 200 (who won’t be present at the venue at the same time). Could you provide me with more information in regards to the pricing (wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages) as well as the snacks/appetizers?

We are holding an afterparty in High Light – CapitalC on Friday 27 March 2020 and are lookingf or the following for approx 250 people 7pm- 10pm. Open bar ( beer, wine, soft drinks) and stationary canapés. Or if it’s possible 2 x drink tokens per person and then cash bar. Please let us know costs, the current preferred caterer is out of our budget, so we are exploring other options
We are organizing a conference in Amsterdam (Beurs Van Berlage) on January 23 and 24th and we are looking for some animations for the catering such as chocolate fountain, tea bar, coffee bar…
The conference will host about 1500 people.
