Buffet dinner Menu
We can also present your dinner as a buffet for a more informal atmosphere with colleagues or for crew catering. The dishes you choose will be tastefully placed on long tables, whether or not portioned. Of course we provide a variation without meat so that the vegetarians or vegans can also enjoy the food.

Moroccan Stew

Chorizo candied in Madeira with leek and new potatoes and clarified butter.
Rendang
Beef stew from Sumatra, with white rice, prawn crackers and coconut salad. I don’t make this dish spicy, but we do supply a homemade sambal for those who love it.
Summer chicken satay
Chicken thigh satay from the BBQ with Surinamese peanut sauce, baguette and fresh summer salad.
Leek tomato quiche
Savory pie with curry, leek and very old crumbled cheese with Roma tomatoes, mozzarella and basil salad.

A world famous Greek oven dish with eggplant, minced meat, potato, cheese sauce and various herbs. Of course with a Greek salad.
Paella
With squid and chorizo with aioli with a salad with grilled vegetables.
Shrimp curry
With coconut milk and coriander with Afghan basmati rice with an Indian salad with marinated vegetables.
